ORDER

The petitioner with an allegation that the respondent police is harassing him under the guise of an enquiry has approached this Court. 2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner.

3.The learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) appearing for the official respondents submits that there is a civil dispute between the parties, due to which, the fourth respondent as well as the petitioner have lodged complaints against each other. Based on which petition enquiry has been conducted in CSR.Nos.958 & 496 of 2025 and the same were closed.

4.Recording the above submission, this criminal original petition is closed with a direction to the respondent Police to furnish a copy of the closure report to the petitioner enabling him to workout his remedy in the manner known to law.
