As directed by this Court on 15.06.2022, the petitioner Mr.Subbiah, S/o. Muruga Konar is present today.

It is his submission that though he admitted his signature in the Letter allegedly addressed by him to the Assistant Treasury Officer, Nanguneri, it is his further submission that the contents were not written by him. It is further submitted by him that he did not want to prosecute this writ petition further and prayed this Court to give permission to withdraw this case. Permission granted and this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. Consequently, the connected M.P. (MD).No.1 of 2014 is closed.
