ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition had been filed to direct the Respondents for not to harass the Petitioners to appear before the Respondents without any summon under Section 114 r/w 110 of Cr.P.C. based on the Petitioner's representation, dated 09.10.2021. 2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the Respondents submitted that L.I.R.Nos.76 and 77 of 2022 are pending from 04.09.2022. Further, the learned Government Advocate submitted that if the Petitioners intend to challenge the same, they can challenge before the authority concerned and cannot seek direction from this Court to direct the Respondent Police not to harass. He further submitted that a case has been registered in Crime No.164 of 2022 for the offences under Sections 147, 148 and 307 of IPC.

3.In view of the above submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed with a direction to the Petitioners to file an appropriate application before the authority concerned.
