ORDER

Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the main H.M.O.P.No. 10 of 2018 itself was disposed of by the trial Court on 14.06.2022 and therefore, nothing survives in the Civil Revision Petition. He has also made an endorsement to that effect.

2. Recording the same, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
