Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records pertaining to the Tender Notice issued by the second respondent dated 20.10.2014 published in 'Dinamalar' Tamil Daily newspaper dated 25.10.2014 and quash the same and to direct the second respondent to allow the petitioner to have Aavin Milk Parlour in the Manonmaiam Sundaranar University Campus at Tirunelveli, to sell Milk and Milk 1/4

products of Aavin till the expiry of the Agency License granted by the first respondent (ie., till 28.02.2016).

This Writ Petition is filed as against the Tender Notice issued by the second respondent on 20.10.2014 and to allow the petitioner to run Aavin Milk Parlour in the Manonmaiam Sundaranar University Campus at Tirunelveli.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, at present, the petitioner is running the shop, and hence, the prayer sought for in the Writ Petition has become infructuous. He has also made an endorsement to that effect.
