ORDER

This writ petition has been filed forbearing the third respondent from interfering with administration of the temple Arulmigu Sri Throwpathi Amman Temple situated at Theradi Theru, Pattukottai Town, Thanjavur District and further directing the respondents 1 and 2 to conduct inquiry and initiate action on the petitioner's representation dated 19.09.2019. 2.Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents submitted that in this regard one Selvi lodged a https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

W.P.(MD)No.20463 of 2019 complaint before the first respondent. On receipt of the same, the first respondent referred the said complaint before the Tahsildar, Pattukkottai, for conducting peace committee meeting between Selvi group and the petitioner's group, now, it is pending before the Tahsildar, Pattukkottai, for conducting peace committee meeting. 4.Recording the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Writ Petition is closed. However, the petitioner is directed to appear before the Tahsildar, Pattukkottai, and participate in the peace committee meeting. No costs.
