O R D E R
The present Writ Petition is filed in the nature of Mandamus seeking a direction to the respondent to provide an access road to the petitioner's property, which is situated in S.No.65/8 Uyyakondan Thirumalai Village, Srirangam Taluk, Tiruchirappalli District. The petitioner had given a representation on 20.07.2021 in this regard. 2.The learned Counsel for the respondent/Tiruchirapally Corporation, states that the representation of the petitioner is under active consideration of the respondent, but, owing to the present situation, wherein, heavy rain fall has caused indentation of land and the entire area is water logged, the process would take some time.
3.It is observed that the respondent should complete the entire process on or before 31.12.2021. With the said observation, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
