The Petitioner herein seeks a direction to the fourth respondent to conduct survey and demarcation in respect of the land bearing S.No.635/3B, situated at Tharuvai Village, Palayamkottai, Tirunelveli District.
2.Mr.A.Baskaran, learned Additional Government Pleader takes notice for the respondents 1 to 4. By consent of both parties, the Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.
3.According to the Petitioner, the subject property was purchased by him under registered sale deed, dated 8.10.2020. Patta fo the subject property was issued in the name of Petitioner in Patta No.3824. He submitted an online application on 15.03.2025 in Application No.2025/0123/29/003963 seeking survey of the subject property. The same has not been considered so far. Hence 2/5
the instant Writ Petition has been filed by the Petitioner for the aforesaid relief.
4.Mr.A.Baskaran, learned Additional Government Pleader who takes notice for the respondents 1 to 4 would submit that online application of the Petitioner, dated 15.3.2025 will be considered on its own merits within the time stipulated by this Court.
5.In view of the same, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, the third respondent is directed to consider the online application of the Petitioner, dated 15.3.2025 and pass final orders on its own merits after issuing notice to the Petitioner, neighbouring land owners and other interested parties, if any, within a period of 8 weeks from the date of a copy of this order. 6.With the above observation and direction, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
