The petitioner has filed this writ petition for a writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to quash the electoral list prepared by the first respondent on 19.09.2014.

W.P.(MD).No.17560 of 2014 2.When the case was taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner will be satisfied if liberty is given to the petitioner to file an application before the first respondent to include the name of the petitioner in the voters list of the third respondent Pallivasal. 3.Recording the above, the writ petition is disposed of in terms of the request of the petitioner to file an appropriate application before the first respondent to consider and pass appropriate orders to include the name of the petitioner in the electoral list for the ensuing elections of the Wakf. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
