ORDER

The instant contempt petition is filed alleging violation of the order of this Court dated 04.12.2023 made in W.P.(MD)No.28243 of 2023.

2. In compliance of the order of this Court, the first respondent in the writ petition has issued proceedings on 31.12.2024, granting approval to the appointment of the writ petitioner with effect from 28.04.2023.

3. Recording the same, this Contempt Petition is closed. It is made clear that the petitioner would be entitled to receive her eligible annual increments. Pursuant to the statutory notice, the contemnor is present. In view of the compliance of the order of this Court, the further presence of the contemnor is dispensed with.
