ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioners/accused Nos.1 to 3, who apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 498(A), 406, 506(i) I.P.C., in Cr.No.46 of 2019, seek anticipatory bail.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that after completing the investigation in this case, a charge sheet has been filed and the same was taken on file as C.C.No.505 of 2021, on the file of the Additional Mahila Court, Madurai and the learned Judge, Additional Mahila Court, Madurai has ordered for issuance of summons to the accused.

3. Considering the above facts and circumstances of the case, nothing survives for further adjudication in this petition. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
