After carefully considering the contentions advanced by both sides, we are of the view that there is no error apparent on the face of record in the order passed in W.P.(MD)No.6982 of 2025 dated 27.03.2025. We only recorded the statement of the learned Special Government Pleader and disposed of the writ petition in terms of the said submission. If according to the petitioner, the submission of the learned Special Government Pleader was incorrect, the remedy is something else. This review petition stands dismissed. No costs.
