ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed to quash the impugned order passed by the third respondent, dated 30.05.2014, No. Nil and consequently, direct the third respondent to reinstate the petitioner in service and pay the salary from August 2013.

3. However, Mr. D. Muruganandam, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents would submit that the Writ Petition is filed against the order of suspension. Subsequently, the order of suspension was revoked and the petitioner also joined as Secretary on 01.11.2018 at Thirukaduthurai Primary Agriculture Co-operative Credit Society Ltd. and he has also produced a copy of the rejoining order.

4. Recording the submission of the learned Additional Government Pleader, this Writ Petition is closed. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
