Order : This criminal miscellaneous petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.MUTHU SARAVANAN. C, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.R.SURESH KUMAR, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- 1/3

This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.M.P(MD) No.2682 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.375 of 2023 on 15.02.2023.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the conditions regularly and they prayed for relaxation of the said conditions.
