ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed for issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to demarcate the exact boundaries of the land assigned to the petitioner in Survey No.334/3A, situated at Thumbalapatti Village, Palani Taluk, through the proceedings of the fourth respondent in MRIV/133/Dg1 (N), dated 30.08.1980, and to issue 'F' Patta to him.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the learned Special Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the respondents brought to the notice of this Court the order passed by the third respondent through proceedings dated 12.01.2022. A copy of the same was also furnished to the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner.

3. In view of the above, the relief as sought for by the petitioner cannot be granted by this Court. If the petitioner is aggrieved by the order passed by the third respondent, it is left open to him to work out his remedy in accordance with law.
