Na.Ka.No.2355/2021/A2, dated 18.10.2021 and quash the same as without jurisdiction and consequently, direct the respondents 5 and 6 not to interfere in the primary education of the pupil in the petitioner's school within the time stipulated by this Court.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today (i.e., 10.06.2024), the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.
