Respondents PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India for issuance of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records relating to the impugned order of rejection dated 09.10.2014 issued by the 2nd respondent in his proceedings Na.Ka.No.168/2011/C3 and consequential tender cum auction notification dated 16.10.2014, issued by the 2nd respondent in his proceedings Na.Ka. No. 2544/14/C3 and quash the same as illegal and consequently direct the respondents 1 & 2 to extend the lease already granted in favour of the petitioner to run a hotel situated at Dhandapani Nilaya Valagam, Vadakku giri Veethi in Palani in the light of the order dated 25.09.2014 made in W.P.No.16286 of 2014 on the file of this Court.
