ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed, invoking Section 528 of B.N.S.S., seeking orders, to direct the second respondent to provide necessary 1/4

police protection to the petitioner's life and limb based on his representation, dated 01.07.2024.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner and others have filed a suit in O.S.No.196 of 2018, for partition and after trial, preliminary decree came to be passed on 20.03.2023.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the State would submit that on the basis of the complaint of the petitioner, CSR.No. 326 of 2024 came to be registered and at the enquiry, the third respondent has informed that he has already filed an appeal, challenging the judgment and decree passed in A.S.No.32 of 2023 in O.S.No.196 of 2018 and on that basis, the complaint was ordered to be closed.

4. Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. 21.08.2024 NCC : Yes/No Index : Yes / No Internet : Yes / No das 2/4
