PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C, to transfer the investigation in Crime No.108 of 2022 on the file of the third respondent to the second respondent / the Deputy Superintendent of Police, Karaikudi, Sivagangai District for fair investigation with the monitoring of the first respondent. O RDER Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent Police Police would submit that during the pendency of this petition, the investigation has been completed in Crime No.108 of 2022 and on completion of investigation, charge sheet is also filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Karaikudi and the same was not taken on file.
2. In view of the above, the learned Judicial Magistrate, Karaikudi, is directed to number the charge sheet and proceed with the trial within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
