2.The learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the petitioners have attempted to appear before the respondent police as per the directions of this Court and at that time, there was agitation conducted by the Congress Party People and hence, they were not allowed to enter into the station by the concerned police. 3.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the Inspector of Police is present before this Court and stated that no such incident was occurred yesterday.
