Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Habeas Corpus, directing the Respondents 1st and 2nd to secure and produce the body or person of the detenue namely Dhanasekaran @ R.Ganesh, S/o.Ramachandran, aged about 40 years, who may be in the illegal custody of the 3rd Respondent or somebody else and produce before this Court and set him at liberty.
