ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition had been filed to direct the Respondents to return the lorry bearing registration No.TN 69 AA 5422 to the Petitioner involved in Crime No.520 of 2022 on the file of the first Respondent Police.

2.When the matter came up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the Respondents submitted that the lorry bearing registration No.TN 69 AA 5422 had been returned to the Petitioner. Therefore the prayer sought for by the learned Counsel for the Petitioner has become infructuous.

3. Recording the same, the Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed as infructuous.
