O R D E R

This writ petition was filed in the year 2014 for a Mandamus, directing the respondents not to disturb the piggery farm conducted by the petitioner in Survey No.62/3, Kothamangalam Village, Karaikudi Taluk by considering his representation dated 10.10.2014. 2.Today(10.04.2023), when this writ petition is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 & 2 on instructions from the respondents submits that as on date, there is no piggery farm in Survey No.62/3, Kothamangalam Village, Karaikudi Taluk.

3.Though this writ petition was filed in the year 2014, no notice has been ordered. However, the third respondent has sincerely filed his counter affidavit claiming that due to spread of Dengu, they made surveillance and a warning has been issued to the petitioner and as on date, the petitioner is not running any piggery farm in that location. 4.Recording the submissions made by the learned Special Government Pleader, this Writ Petition is closed as no further order is required. No costs.
