The present Writ Petition has been filed for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondent to register the sale deed relating to 21 cents in Survey No.151/2B1A1A1A1 on the basis of the parent document and as per the Village Administrative Officer's Possession Certificate within the time stipulated 1/3

2.This Court without expressing any opinion on merits is directing the respondents to consider the petitioner's claim and pass orders in accordance to law within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 3.With the above observations, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
