ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for a writ of Mandamus to direct the respondents 1 and 4 not to grant any permission for a crackers shop to the fifth respondent's plot no.40 on the southern side of the petitioner's plot Nos. 41 and 42 at Viswanatham Village, Sivakasi Taluk, Virudhunagar District by considering his representation dated 10.06.2025.

2. The learned Government Advocate for the official respondents submits that permission has been granted to the fifth respondent for putting up a construction of a commercial building measuring an extent of 306.99 square feet with a built up area of 28.52 square metres. 2/5

3. Since it is the case of the petitioner that the fifth respondent is not the owner of the property and the construction is proposed to be put up by the fifth respondent, it is open for the petitioner to approach the Civil Court for appropriate relief in case the petitioner wants any relief.

4. The writ petition is dismissed with the above liberty. There shall be no order as to costs.
