ORDER

This petition has been filed to direct the first respondent to transfer the case in Crime No.327 of 2018 on the file of the second respondent to any other competent officer to conduct fair investigation and file final report.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that on the complaint lodged by the petitioner, the second respondent registered a case in Crime No.327 of 2018. After completion of investigation, the case was closed as 'mistake of fact'. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

Crl.O.P.(MD) No.9522 of 2018 3.In view of the above, the transfer of investigation does not arise. Hence, this petition is dismissed.
