Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records pertaining to the proceedings issued by the 2nd respondent in K1/2018-19 dated 27.04.2018 and quash the same and consequently direct the respondents to regularize the period of suspension as on duty and pay all arrears of salary for the said period with costs.

The order dated 27.04.2018, suspending the petitioner from his service is put under challenge in the present writ petition. 2.Today, when the matter was called, the learned Standing Counsel for the second respondent submitted that the petitioner has been reinstated back into services and the suspension order has been revoked. In view of the reinstatement, no effective orders can be passed in the present writ petition, challenging the suspension order.
