ORDER
This Writ Petition has been filed praying for a mandamus directing the Respondents to return the petitioner's driving license bearing D.L.No.TN-7419950004264 forthwith.
2. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is in receipt of proceedings, dated 01.09.2022, suspending the driving licence of the petitioner. Though, originally, the writ petition has been filed praying for a writ of Mandamus to return the petitioner's driving licence, in view of the subsequent development, the above prayer has now become infructuous.
3. The writ petition stands dismissed as infructuous. It is open to the petitioner to challenge the proceedings, dated 01.09.2022 in accordance with law. No costs.
