To call for the records pertaining to the Judgment passed by the Hon'ble VI Additional Sessions Judge, Madurai in Crl.A.No.8 of 2019 dated 26.09.2019 by conforming the judgment passed by the Learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Usilampatti in STC No.186 of 2016 dated 27.12.2018 and set aside the same and consequently pass an order to acquit the petitioner in accordance with law. Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.MANOHARAN.R, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.S.RAMA CHANDRA PRADEEP, Advocate on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to extend the time for deposit the money as passed by this Court in Crl.M.P (MD) No.2094 of 2020 in Crl.R.C(M)D SR. No.4580 of 2020, dated 13.03.2020.

2.Challenging the conditional order that was passed by the appeallate Court, this revision has been preferred. The appellate Court is directed the revision petitioner to deposit 50% of the cheque amount i.e., Rs.2,50,000/-. On 06.01.2023, the petitioner has given undertaking before this Court that he is ready to deposit Rs.1,00,000/- instead of Rs.2,50,000/-, but he failed to deposit even the agreed amount. CRL MP(MD) No.11049 of 2022 3.Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed.
