ORDER

The petitioner herein seeks a direction to the respondents to survey of the land situated in Survey No.127/2A at Naganoor Village, Kulithalai Taluk, Karur District, by considering his application dated 12.04.2025. 2.Heard the arguments of M/s.S.Vasuki, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mrs.K.Malathi, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents. By consent of both sides, this Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself. 3.According to the petitioner, the subject property was purchased by him under a registered sale deed dated 20.01.2025 and the patta for the subject property stands in the name of the petitioner in Patta No.408. The petitioner submitted an application on 12.04.2025 in Application No. 2025/0123/14/003961 seeking survey of the subject property. The same

has not been considered. Hence, the petitioner has come before this Court.

4.The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents would submit that when the respondents attempted to survey the property, one Rani made an objection to the same. Therefore, the survey process could not be completed.

5.In view of the same, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, the first respondent is directed to consider the online application of the petitioner dated 12.04.2025 and pass final orders on its own merits within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after issuing notice to the petitioner, objectors, neighbouring land owners and other interested parties. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
