No.14013/2021 dated 21.09.2021 that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m until further orders.

Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.V.S.KISHOK KUMAR, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.RMS.SETHURAMAN, Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed against the petitioners in Crl.O.P(MD)No.14013 of 2021, dated 21.09.2021.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is complying with the condition for the past one month, without fail.

4. Since the petitioner is complying with the condition without fail and there are no adverse remarks as against the petitioner, the condition is fully relaxed.
