ORDER

Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the official respondents. Issuance of notice to the impleaded respondents is dispensed with.

2. The petitioner is a temple. It alleges that the private respondents have committed encroachment. It also seeks cancellation of the pattas issued in their favour. The petitioner has given representation dated 03.06.2024 in this regard.

3.The third respondent is directed to take action on the said representation and an appropriate order on merits and in accordance with law will be passed within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. We make it clear that we have not gone into merits of the matter.
