ORDER

By consent of both parties, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal.

2. This writ petition has been filed for issuance of a writ of mandamus directing the respondents to consider and dispose the petitioner's representation, dated 18.10.2021 within the time fixed by this Court, which is relating to payment of earned leave surrender.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner served in the respondent trust and retired from service in the year 2018. Since, the trust is funded by State and Central Government, he is entitled for retirement benefits. The https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

W.P(MD)No.20015 of 2021 petitioner made several representations, but the same were not considered, hence, he has filed the present writ petition.

4. Considering the limited prayer sought for in the writ petition, without going into the merits of his claim, this Court directs the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 18.10.2021 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of 6 (Six) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5.With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
