ORDER
This writ petition has been filed seeking for a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondents 1 to 5 to take appropriate actions against the sixth respondent and other identified persons and to provide adequate police protection to the petitioner by considering the petitioner's representation 2/6
dated 27.09.2014.
2. Heard Mr.S.M.A.Jinnah, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, Mr.G.Siva Raja, learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 and Mr.R.M.S.Sethuraman, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents 4 and 5.
3. The petitioner alleges various harassment by the 6th respondent who is a police constable and therefore he had made a representation to the various respondents on 27.09.2014.
4. Considering the limited relief sought for in this writ petition, the fourth respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 27.09.2014 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of eight (8) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With the above said direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
