ORDER
The petitioner, who is a Contractor, has filed this writ petition as against the communications for initiating Revenue Recovery Proceedings as against this petitioner. It appears that the amount has also been recovered from the petitioner. Therefore, the writ petition is closed. If the petitioner is having any grievance against the recovery under Revenue Recovery Act, it is always open to him to challenge the same in the manner known to law. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
