Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.S.MUNIYANDI, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.RMS.SETHURAMAN, Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that on earlier occasion, he filed extension petition in Crl.MP(MD) No.7627 of 2021 in the above said Criminal Original Petition before this Court and the same was ordered on 06.10.2021. The order was made ready on 11.10.2021. Thereafter, due to Pooja holidays, he could not furnish the sureties within a stipulated time. Hence, he filed this petition.
