This writ petition is filed as against the award of contract for loading and unloading of sugar cane in Arignar Anna Sugar Mills.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Special Government Pleader submits that the period of contract was over and another person was awarded with the contract on 10.10.2018 and therefore, nothing survives in this writ petition. 2/4
