PRAYER : Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records pertaining to the impugned letter / order dated 25.05.2022 issued by the 3rd Respondent and quash the same and consequently directing the 3rd Respondent to issue a house tax receipt in the Petitioner's name for the house property measuring to an extent of 897.39 sq.ft. in Survey No.134/17 (Old Survey No.9gh), situated at Keelamathur Village, Madurai District. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the Petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition with liberty to file an application for issuance of house tax receipt from the concerned authority in connection with O.S.No.200 of 2020 on the file of the Additional District Munsif, Thirumangalam. He has also made an endorsement to that effect.

2. Recording the said submission made by the learned counsel for the Petitioner, this Writ Petition is closed with liberty to file an application before the appropriate authority. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
