Respondent PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for issuance of a writ of mandamus, directing the respondent to grant approval to the petitioner's mutawalliship and the petitioners selection as mutawalli on 01.09.2023 in light of the order made by this Honble Court in W.P.(MD) No.22535 of 2022, dated 19.04.2023, and W.P.(MD) No.23707 of 2023, dated 03.10.2023.
