The matter is listed today under the caption "for being mentioned", at the instance of the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner.

2. It is submitted by the petitioner's counsel that in the order, dated 06.04.2026, due to inadvertence, Crime Number has been wrongly mentioned as 218 of 2025 instead of "23 of 2026" and the satisfaction Court has been wrongly mentioned as Judicial Magistrate No.IV, Madurai, instead of "Judicial Magistrate No.I, Madurai".

3.In view of the same, the said typographical error is corrected and the Registry is directed to make necessary corrections in the order, dated 06.04.2026 and issue a fresh copy of the order to the parties concerned.
