O R D E R

This Writ Petition is filed in the nature of Mandamus seeking a direction to the respondents, particularly, the second respondent, to survey and fix boundaries of the petitioner's property at Survey No.77/14B of Udayapatti, Kannudaiyanpatti Village, Manaparai Taluk, Trichy District.

2.The grievance of the petitioner is that he had paid requisite fees in January 2021. Necessary challans have also filed along with the present Writ Petition. But, unfortunately, the respondents have not taken any action, necessitating the petitioner to approach this Court seeking a Mandamus against the second respondent.

3.The second respondent is directed to proceed further with the representation/application of the petitioner and survey and fix the boundary of the property. The petitioner is also directed to approach the second respondent in person and gave an additional copy of the representation/application already given and also a https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

W.P.(MD)No.20018 of 2021 copy of the challans to the second respondent. The second respondent is under obligation to seek clarification and thereafter, comply with the request of the petitioner within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy, not just the order of this Court, but also copy of the representation made by the petitioner.

4.With the said directions, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
