ORDER
The present writ petition has been filed seeking a Writ of Mandamus, directing the second respondent to pass orders in the light of the order passed by the first respondent herein on 23.08.2022. 2.According to the petitioner, the correct survey number of the property is 74/7B. However, during UDR proceedings it was wrongly entered as 74/6B. Hence the petitioner had approached the first respondent herein for correcting the said UDR mistake. The first respondent, by his order dated 23.08.2022 has passed an order to rectify the said mistake. But, so far no action has been taken in this regard.
3.In view of the above said facts, this Court directs the second respondent to pass orders on the basis of the order passed by the first 2/4
respondent on 23.08.2022, within a period of four weeks, from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
