2.The respondent herein filed W.P(MD)No.16474 of 2025 and obtained an order for allotting a fancy number for his vehicle. Aggrieved by the same, this Writ Appeal has been filed by the State. 2/4

3.When the matter was taken up for admission, the learned counsel for the writ petitioner submitted that the writ petitioner has purchased another vehicle for which he has obtained another fancy number. He therefore has no objection for setting aside the order passed by the learned single Judge. 4.Recording the said subsequent development, the order of the learned single Judge is set aside. This Writ Appeal is allowed accordingly. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
