RESPONDENT/RESPONDENT/COMPLAINANT Petition filed praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to relax the condition imposed against the petitioner by this Honble Court order dt.15.07.2022 made in Crl MP (MD) No.8074 of 2022 in Crl OP (MD) NO.10788 of 2022 and to pass such other reliefs as this Honble Court.
Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.J.SENTHIL KUMARAIAH, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.M.VEERANTHIRAN, Government Advocate on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.(MD)No.8074 of 2022 in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.10788 of 2022 on 15.07.2022.
2. On the side of the petitioner, it is stated that the petitioner has been complying the condition regularly and prayed for relaxation of the said condition.
3. On the side of prosecution, it is stated that the petitioner has been complying the condition only for one time (ie.monthly once).

4. The petitioner has complied the condition only for one one and there is no sufficient reason to relax the condition imposed by this court in Crl.M.P.(MD)No.8074 of 2022 in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.10788 of 2022.
5. Hence, this Petition is dismissed.
