ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed for forbearing the respondents not to harass the petitioner.

2. Even according to the petitioner, there are no allegations against R1 to R3. It is seen that the seventh respondent Shalini has given a complaint against the petitioner's family. The case of the victim is that the petitioner's son Ramanan had eloped with her and got married to her.

3. I do not want to go into the merits of the matter. The complaint of the seventh respondent will be enquired by the sixth respondent alone and not by R4 or R5. The petitioner, his wife Lakshmi and his son Ramanan are directed to appear before the Inspector of Police, All Women Police Station, Vadamadurai on 11.11.2021 at 11.00 a.m., The sixth respondent shall enquire into the seventh respondent's complaint on the same day. If the sixth respondent finds any prima facie case and proposes to register any FIR, the petitioner will be given notice, so that, the petitioner will have breathing time to move the concerned Court for the relief of anticipatory bail.

4. With this direction to the petitioner as well as the sixth respondent, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
