After some arguments, Mr.P.Banuprasath, learned Counsel on record for writ petitioner sought permission to withdraw this writ petition and made a plea to preserve writ petitioner's rights to make a fresh representation giving details of extent of land alienated in favour of Vetrivel and Aravind along with details of registered sale deed.
