The petitioner has approached this Court that the order of this Court in WP.(MD)No.11147 of 2025 dated 22.04.2025, has not been complied with.

2.The learned counsel on either side inform the Court that the as against the order passed in WP.(MD)No.11147 of 2025 dated 22.04.2025, the respondents have filed writ appeal in WA. (MD)No.123 of 2026 and the Division Bench of this Court has taken cognizance of the matter.

3.In view of the above, this contempt petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to workout her remedy based on the outcome of the writ appeal.
