ORDER:- This Petition coming on for orders on this day under the caption for "Extension of time" ,and upon perusing the earlier order of this court dated 25/11/2022 and requisition letter submitted by the Judicial Magistrate, Fast Track Court, Nagercoil vide letter in D.No.430/2023, dated 03/03/2023,this Court made the following order:

This case has been listed today under the caption 'for extension of time' to dispose of the case in STC.No.172 of 2020. 2.This Court already disposed of the Criminal Original Petition by order dated 22.11.2022 and directed the trial Court to dispose of the case in STC.No.172 of 2020 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate (Fast Track Court No.I), Nagercoil, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of that order. Now the learned Judicial Magistrate, requests further time to dispose of the said case.

3.Considering the reasons assigned by the learned Judicial Magistrate, this Court is inclined to grant further time and accordingly, two months time is granted for disposing STC.No.172 of 2020 and the learned Judicial Magistrate (Fast Track Court No.I), https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis 1/2

CRL OP(MD). No.16714 of 2022 Nagercoil, is directed to comply with the directions of this Court, without any further delay.
