2.The order impugned in this writ petition is revisable under Section 10A of the Tamil Nadu Land Encroachment Act. The petitioner is given liberty to avail the said remedy. If such revision is filed within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order, it shall be entertained without reference to limitation. Status 2/4

quo as on date shall be maintained for a period of eight weeks. We make it clear that we have not gone into the merits of the matter. The revision to be filed by the petitioner herein shall be disposed of within a period of four months from the date of filing of revision. 5.This writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
