The petitioner is aggrieved against the impugned transfer order dated 03.05.2018. This Court has granted an order of interim stay of the operation of the transfer order and it is stated that the petitioner continues to work in Sikkal.
2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents have stated that the impugned order of transfer dated 03.05.2018 has been cancelled. While that being so, no effective orders can be passed in the present writ petition challenging the very same transfer order, dated 03.05.2018, which has already been cancelled.

3. Accordingly, the writ petition stands closed. However, there shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
